Atm I'm stuck in a dead end guild, so that's why I wanna join a guild who has stable raids.

i guess u really have to find a raiding guild.. sadly enough, we dont have any spots open (since we got many new tanks these days). Anyway, i hope for u that there is a spot.. i wish you good luck 
and if there isnt a spot available, u can allways try later (who knows, maybe i get banned for some stupid reason =/)
